ResultadoEarly invasive 15.9% vs conservative 19.4% (OR 0.78, 95% CI 0.62-0.97, P=0.025); death or nonfatal MI 7.3% vs 9.5% (OR 0.74). Benefit concentrated in troponin-positive patients.

Discussão e crítica
Open-label strategy design with benefit largely confined to higher-risk patients, and upstream tirofiban is no longer routine. Established the risk-stratified early invasive strategy for higher-risk NSTE-ACS.
