Diskussion & Kritik

Predates primary PCI; defined the role of aspirin in MI and is the reason every chest-pain patient gets chewable aspirin. Streptokinase has been superseded by fibrin-specific lytics and primary PCI, but the aspirin signal still anchors modern ACS care.
