prospective, international, multicentre (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland), open-label, 2-arm RCT; 1:1 PCI after TAVI vs PCI before TAVI (each within 1–45 days); non-inferiority; primary endpoint at 1 year, follow-up to 5 years

composite of all-cause death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, ischaemia-driven revascularisation, valve- or procedure-related rehospitalisation (including heart failure), or life-threatening/disabling or major bleeding at 1 year
