ResultSevere exacerbation rate reduced 47.7% (200 mg) / 46% (300 mg) vs placebo, both P<0.001; FEV1 placebo-adjusted +0.14 L at wk 12, P<0.001. Greater effect at higher baseline blood eosinophils.
