Discusión y crítica
Excluded truly decompensated/volume-overloaded patients, so applies to euvolaemic severe HF. Showed beta-blockade is safe and life-saving even in severe (NYHA III-IV) HFrEF, extending beta-blocker use across the severity spectrum.
