Graft patency on CCTA (FitzGibbon grade A) at 12–36 months, without previous graft failure identified on CCTA or invasive angiography since CABG
ResultadoPatient-level graft patency (<50 % stenosis) 83.3 % vs 81.6 % (adjusted risk difference 1.2 %, 95 % CI −4.7 to 7.0; P = 0.70) in 368 analysed. Non-occlusion 87.6 % vs 85.5 % (adjusted difference 2.1 %; P = 0.42), with no consistent interaction across prespecified subgroups. Imaging at a single timepoint with selection bias and incomplete adherence; the parent TACSI trial was neutral for MACE with more bleeding on DAPT.
