In 1,823 patients with STEMI and multivessel disease, angiography-derived FFR-guided non-culprit PCI was compared with angiography-guided PCI on death, stroke, reinfarction or ischaemia-driven revascularisation.

Prospective, international, multicentre, randomised, open-label trial with blinded adjudication of outcomes by an independent clinical events committee; 1:1 randomisation after successful culprit-lesion PCI; non-culprit PCI indicated and planned by angiography-derived FFR versus conventional angiography; follow-up censored when the last enrolled patient reaches 1 year (average about 18 months), with endpoints also assessed at 3 and 5 years
