2021 ESC Guidelines on cardiovascular disease prevention in clinical practice

The 2021 ESC prevention guideline introduced SCORE2/SCORE2-OP risk charts and a stepwise, personalised intensification of lipid, blood-pressure, antithrombotic and cardiometabolic therapy. Its evidence spans several register domains — the landmark trials are grouped by risk factor below.
