2022 ESC/ERS Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension

The 2022 ESC/ERS guideline lowered the haemodynamic definition of pulmonary hypertension (mean PAP >20 mmHg) and structures pulmonary-arterial-hypertension (PAH) treatment around risk-based, upfront combination therapy. The register's landmark PAH drug trials are listed below.
