2025 ESC/EACTS Guidelines for the management of valvular heart disease
The 2025 ESC/EACTS valvular guideline adopts lifetime management for aortic stenosis and lowers the age threshold at which TAVI becomes a reasonable option to ≥70 years (SAVR favoured below 70, Heart-Team decision in between). It also expands transcatheter mitral and tricuspid options. The register's landmark valve trials are grouped by lesion below.
